This role is the rare opportunity for an experienced field or service technician, looking to travel less, but to still get out into the world and use their experience and skills.
What part will you play?
- You will be responsible for revision work (mainly mechanical) on our generator switchgear, incl. workflow definition, materials and tools planning, execution, testing and documentation.
- You will provide professional product trainings (commissioning, maintenance, operation) to our customers.
- You will provide maintenance and repair services to our customers world wide.
- You will cooperate with R&D / product management on e.g. prototype and type testing.
- You have completed a technical vocational training and have extensive experience in a field, service, or commissioning technician function.
- You have a broad technical understanding and interest of generator switchgear or adjacent equipment.
- You have experience and enjoy hosting technical trainings in English.
- You have fluent English language skills; German is a bonus.
- You are willing and able to travel internationally, at times on short notice, up to approx. 33%.
- You are experienced in using digital measurement technology and equipment.
