Your tasks and responsibilities:

·      Own and manage Haematology customer application calls foreffective issue resolution.

·      Ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively optimizing systemperformance and maintaining relationships.

·      Configure and train customers on Haematology systems with highquality standards and adherence to timelines.

·      Coordinate system software updates and provide training onbenefits to customers.

·      Foster teamwork and communication across departments, particularlywith Sales.

·      Support Sales with demonstrations, presentations, and technicalresponses.

·      Communicate effectively with customers regarding issue resolutionand escalate when necessary.

·      Report any issues compromising customer satisfaction or contractualobligations.

·      Maintain compliance with complaint handling software and qualityprocedures.

Your qualifications andexperience:

  • Haematology experience.
  • Hemostasis experience preferred.
  • Biomedical Science degree and medical laboratory experience areadvantageous.
