We are seeking an experienced, number-driven colleague in our globally operating Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. As a determined and enthusiastic person, you are eager for greenfield opportunities and for shaping the future by coming up with innovative solutions. In this role you will play a key part in shaping and implementing our global Compensation & Benefits concept: 
  • You actively contribute to define the global C&B strategy and objectives with the business strategy and global practices.
  • You ensure cost-efficient and market-driven C&B processes, procedures and standards across the organization.
  • As part of your role, you participate in the development, implementation, and control of global and regional C&B processes, procedures and systems in line with market practices and in close cooperation with the business managers.
  • Review/ re-design of existing processes in coordination with the regions / countries will be one of your responsibilities.
  • Additionally, you ensure compliance with legal and compliance-related requirements in the regions / countries.
  • You perform compensation analysis, participate and evaluate benchmarks, and support the execution of our annual global compensation round and bonus process.
  • Furthermore, you guide regional HR representatives as well as senior management in the application of grading systems and C&B processes and procedures. 
  • You support updates to job evaluation and grading processes based on organizational changes plus and lead C&B (sub)projects as well as other HR initiatives. 
Your profile.
  • You have a university degree in Psychology, Business or Social Sciences focusing on P&O/ HR or a related field.
  • You bring several years of in-depth professional experience in Compensation & Benefits in an international or globally operating company.
  • Solid experience in implementing C&B processes in IT systems (SF Compensation)can be seen in your career path.
  • You have strong knowledge of HR concepts, including performance evaluation, payroll, compensation elements, and benefits.
  • Basic understanding of controlling, respectively sound economic understanding, is part of your skill set.
  • Very good IT literacy, especially Excel and PowerPoint, SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • You own an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Additionally, you bring very good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • With strengths in teamwork, respecting diverse perspectives, and fostering a collaborative environment, you also bring high energy, strong implementation skills, a can-do attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German as a plus round your profile.
