Now we are looking to hire an Expert Business Administration.

Objective of the function:
  • Controlling, reporting and overall financial administration of projects.
  • SAP entries, monitoring and controlling of new orders, sales, margins, and profits.
  • Financial monitoring of business transactions and purchase orders.
  • Administration of Customer and Vendors contracts.
  • Bids preparation.
  • University degree or equivalent experience, subject area - Economics, Business administration, Finance
  • Commercial project management background
  • Experience with SAP
  • Min 3 years professional experience at similar position
  • Experience with PPA (Public Procurement Act) Tenders will be considered as an advantage
  • Organization skills and result orientation
  • Proficiency in English, knowledge of German will be considered as a plus
  • Very good digital literacy – MS Office/Excel, Word, Power Point
