Job description

At Siemens Healthineers, our mission is to increase physicians' efficiency, improve the patient experience, and simplify access to healthcare.

We are currently looking for a new colleague, who will join our Point of Care Informatics Team.

The team that you will be part of is maintaining a desktop data management application and a web data management solution, called POCcelerator and POCcelerator Web. For this purpose, we are opening a new position for an experienced Tester.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with development teams to design and implement effective testing processes.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
  • Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  • Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required.
  • Analyze test results and provide clear feedback to development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Identify and report software defects in a detailed and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience in test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Experienced in C# or Java programming language.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and programming in C#

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 2200 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
