 We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:

•  Responsible forhandling of customer inspection & FAT for Local as well as ExportCustomers.

•  Process leveldocumentation and recordkeeping.

•  Monthly, Daily testingplanning and control as per turnover target.

• Organize, monitor, and control the testing area regardingassigning employees, working procedures, material, processes, and tools, sosafety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met.

 • Provide support totechnicians by coordinating answers to technical and quality questions.Coordinate actions with support functions to resolve issues.

 • Monitor key performanceindicators for workstations. If necessary, initiate measures to resolve oravoid problems.

 •  Handling of internal & external ISOaudit. (Documentation, processes, employee trainings) 

 • Candidate must beflexible to work in all three shifts.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

•  B. E. in Electrical Engineering with min 2 years of experience.

 • Experience in a relatedfield and successfully demonstrating Key Responsibilities and Knowledge aspresented in the job profile.

 • English Language –Candidate must have professional written/verbal/interpersonal communicationskills to communicate and interact effectively as a leader for the facility andassigned production area

 • Environmental Healthand Safety (EHS)– Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations andprocedures.

  • Lean Manufacturing –Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques for optimizing processesand eliminating waste.

  • Leadership– Knowledgeof leadership techniques for motivating and engaging a team to achieve avision.

 PreferredKnowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 • Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, andprocedures for supervised groups. Understand and apply supervisory approachesfor work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinaryaction.

• Must possess strong digital literacy with self-directedlearning of other applications - including all office applications and preferexperience using SAP
