What are the responsibilities?
• Direct support for the Country CEO, including calendar management, organizing travel, meetings and events
• Coordinating internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that all messages are handled professionally and confidentially
• Preparing presentations, reports and other documents for meetings and executive presentations
• Carrying out financial research and analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Managing correspondence, emails and phone calls efficiently, sorting and directing relevant information
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and projects
• Handling special tasks and confidential projects as required
• Managing travel expenses
• Support to the European Management Team
What do you need to qualify for this job?
• Higher education
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, spoken and written (is mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of other languages (French or German) will be valued
• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a similar role in a multinational environment (is mandatory)
• Professional experience in internal communication
• Strong communication skills, dynamism, organisation and responsibility
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• High sense of ethics and professional secrecy
• Proactive attitude and ability to make independent decisions when necessary
