There are hardly any industrial areas where the programs I and my colleagues tested or developed are not present. The company evosoft, in its full name evosoft Hungary Kft. At the heart of the emerging IoT landscape, we are pioneers in integrating the LoRaWAN radio protocol. We specialize in crafting unique 'codecs' for a diverse range of LoRaWAN sensors, each tailored to the specifications of different manufacturers. As demand for LoRaWAN integration skyrockets, we are expanding our team to meet the exciting challenges and innovations in this domain.
As a JavaScript Codec Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our codec implementations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and optimal performance of various LoRaWAN sensor codecs, directly addressing user requests with the highest quality.
Tasks:
- Developing and updating codecs for various LoRaWAN sensor models
- Effectively communicating technical feasibility and constraints to stakeholders
- Overseeing development from inception to delivery, aligning with desired timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Solid experience in JavaScript, with a focus on handling bytes and binary frames.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation related to sensors and their frame specifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD setups, preferably with experience in using GitLab
- A keen understanding of the end-user perspective to ensure the development of user-friendly solutions
- Intermediate-level English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good communication skill
