We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting internal colleagues
• Handling Tickets
• Solving client issues
• Handling user errors and requests
• Handling Active Directory and Exchange objects
• Installation and support of Hardware
• Communication with internal employees and teams

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Service Desk Agent
• System Administrator level knowledge of Microsoft systems
• Basic network knowledge
• Knowledge of Windows and AD environment
• Basic Hardware knowledge
• Intermediate level English (Written and spoken)
• Willingness to learn new things
