The role.
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a great opportunity for new Engineers to experience different roles and responsibilities that have a direct impact on motor designs that serve vital functions for the global market. The individual will have this opportunity through multiple job rotations within the induction motor factory in Norwood, OH. You will be part of the Electrical Engineering organization where you will have chances to create induction motors to fit customer applications, work on optimization & standardization efforts, support the manufacturing facility, collaborate on multi-functional teams, and grow your programming knowledge.
The ELDP role provides you with skill development opportunities to be a part of the Product Engineering, R&D, Technical Marketing Support, or Application Programming.
The program is a 2-year program consisting of three 8-month rotations. Each rotation will be in a different role to quickly give a wider knowledge base about the business, processes, people, and products of Innomotics LLC.
ELDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is crafted to help you build a successful career path within Innomotics LLC.
Your profile.
To apply for the Engineering Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Major: Electrical Engineering
- Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date of June 2024, but no more than one year prior
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Relocation and Travel: Must be willing to relocate and travel
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
The pay range for this position is $48,000 - $82,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
