This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build theirskill set and gain hands-on experience. As an Engineering Co-op, you will beresponsible for:

  • Supportingexperienced engineers in new equipment and continuous improvement projects
  • Creating 3Dmodels and 2D drawings of automated equipment.
  • Executingvalidation test protocols for FDA compliant medical device manufacturingprocess.
  • Partneringwith other groups to collect data and solve problems.
  • Communicatingyour progress both in writing and orally.

This position may suit you best if you’re familiar withthe following and would like to develop your skills

with Siemens Healthineers:

  • You have goodPC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You areproficient with Solidworks or similar.
  • You havemechanical aptitude and are not afraid of being hands on.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Preferred 3.2 GPA
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. (minimum rising senior preferred)
