We are looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator, this position will be based at Grand Prairie, TX.
As an Engineering Change Coordinator, you will be the single point of contact for all engineering change activities including product BOM knowledge. This key role will ensure seamless transitions and improvements in our engineering products and processes. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, manage change requests and implement modifications to enhance our products and processes
You’ll make an impact by:
• Receive, review and process change requests
• Ensure requests comply with company standards and guidelines
• Create and update documentation related to requests , ensuring clarity
• Facilitate communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of change impacts
• Liaise between engineering, production, quality and other relevant departments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to address concerns and resolve issues
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of implemented changes
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2 years’ experience as Engineering Change Coordinator in Manufacturing Environment
• Strong understanding of engineering processes and change management
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
Preferred Qualified:
• Experience managing Item Master records and BOM’s in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD (or similar) software

• The pay range for this position is $65,240 - $111,840. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
