Qualification: B.EB Tech

Job description:

• Good knowledge of the quality management systems for medical device manufacturers (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 13485:2016,21CFR820 etc.)
• Ensuring compliance of products with legal and normative requirements for SHS organization.
• Co-ordination with business to help tailor the processes.
• Support for maintaining and improving of product and process quality
• Participating in process definition by creating new processes and reviewing the processes and deploying the same.
• Supporting process Change management to implement the changes as per requirement.
• Skills to Collaborate with all stakeholders to implement processes across organizations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently on problems.
• Have good moderation and presentation skills and ability to interact with various levels of management.

Responsibilities:

·      Handling of CAPA management and change management

·      Training support and administration of Learn4U

·      Creation of web based interactive trainings for iMS4C related training

              content.

·      Maintaining MS Teams structure to support the eQMS@iMS4C, eQMS,

             Complaint Handling projects, SharePoint and MS Teams.

·      Establishing interactive KPI dashboard for iMS4C processes and

              maintaining it through SharePoint with design support.
