What are we offering you?

• Overtwo very exciting years you’ll gain all the skills and knowledge you need tobuild a successful career at Siemens. The two years consists of challengingassignments. You will experience the variety of roles you can play in thecompany based on your skills and areas of interest.
• Atthe start of the program you’ll be assigned a personal mentor with whom you’lldecide a program schedule to determine the direction of your career path.
• Ourtraining landscape will provide you with all the basics you need for asuccessful start as a Leader, Engineer, Corporate or Commercial success in ourorganization.

What will be your role in ExecutiveOffice?

• Being an active member driving theUAE In-Country Value (ICV) in Siemens
• Supporting the Executive office inpreparation of various internal and external executive meetings
• Driving activities related tocurrent governmental developments
• Conducting market intelligence onvarious key customers and stakeholders
• Participating in CustomerRelationship Management related activities
• Coordinating multiple rolloutactivities on diverse topics
• Driving the Sustainability and CSRrelated topics with the local sustainability manger
• Supportpreparation for board meeting and annual shareholder meetings
• Support inexecuting key strategic initiatives 
• Support in keyevents exhibitions
• Supporting the team in variousadhoc activities

Majors: Recent graduates from allEngineering backgrounds, Business, Economics, Communications or similar.

Graduation Date: Recent graduate from localor foreign educational institutions, graduation period cannot exceed more than1-year post graduation (Bachelors or Masters) from the date of examination.

Experience: This program is an entry leveltalent program, so we require maximum 1-year- experience post-graduation.
