About the role

Global Delivery Network (GDN) is the organization within Siemens Industry Software responsible for global delivery of our Cloud based PLM and MOM services. As a result of a rapid growth, GDN has created nearshore centers in USA, Mexico, Poland & Malesia.

We are looking for a Teamcenter Product Architect to join our CApS Team within our EMEA Cloud Center of Excellence in Poland (Wroclaw, Remote working available). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing regional team, as we deploy our new cloud proposition to customers across the EMEA region. Travel will not be required as part of this role.

You’ll help our customers drive digital innovation by

• Installing Teamcenter in a distributed environment on AWS Cloud
• Teamcenter custom template install using BMIDE
• Distributed FMS configuration, Dispatcher configuration
• Active Workspace Installation and Configuration
• NX and Solidedge CAD Integration
• Work with Product Support team on product issues
• Mentor junior team members and help them troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with customer users on issues
• Lead escalations resolution from CApS Operations team
• Help curate the knowledge collateral created by the team

What do you need to realize what matters?

• Extensive experience with PLM (ideally Teamcenter), Including knowledge of operating a customer Production instance.
• AWS / Azure Cloud knowledge would be preferred, however we can teach you this.
• Experience of mentoring junior team members.
• Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge
• Should be able to perform root cause analysis and arrive at the right solution
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting abilities
• You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other additional European language skills would be highly desirable.
