For our EM MindSphere Application Center in Shanghai, now we are looking for a Digitalization Project Manager.

What are my responsibilities?

· 
Manage the whole EM digitalization pilots and prototypes;

· 
Act as a interface to bring the EM domain know-how and digital expertise together to our customers;

· 
Join the customer value co-creation workshop, find out the potential leads for digital solution;

· 
Maintain customer relationship and know about the customer language; and be able to deliver the value-added service selling to customers.

· 
Managing project implementation scope, schedule, cost, resources, well leadership management and coordination for internal and external;

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· 
3+ years' experience in energy or IT project management; Energy domain know-how and IT project experience are preferred;

· 
Act as Project Manager successfully delivered at least 2-3 digital projects;

· 
Strong knowledges & experience in SDLC (software development life cycle);

· 
Have good logic analytical skills and good communication skills internally and externally;

· 
Self-motivated and be able to really drive the progress forward;

· 
With multi-task management, time management & priority management capabilities;

· 
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English;

What else do I need to know?

· 
Bachelor degree or above, in electrical engineering, CS/CE or equivalent;

· 
Certified PMI PMP preferred, or equivalent hands-on project management working experience;

· 
Family with software engineering and deployment methodology;

· 
Be comfortable with the business environment with customers and partners

· 
Feel free to travel
