We are looking for an Electro Assembler to join our production team at our new Fort Worth, TX facility.
1st Shift: 7:00 AM PT - 3:30 PM PT
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM PT - 12:30 AM PT
You’ll make an impact by:
- Assembles or modifies electromechanical equipment (e.g. Switchboards, etc.) with the use of mechanical tools and blue prints.
- Operates tools and equipment common to the mechanical and/or wiring trade (e.g. hand & power tools, wire strippers, pliers, crimpers).
- Processes work orders; scans in and out of work orders (with the use of computers, scanning devices, etc.) in adherence to the production schedule or expedited orders.
- Reads and interprets documents associated with the completion of mechanical and/or wiring assembly assignments (e.g. blue prints, bill of materials, one line diagrams, etc.).
- Gathers parts and accessories required in the assembly process.
- Assembles fabricated parts to build unit assemblies (Switchboards) or subassemblies; fastens component parts on frames, subassemblies, or unit assemblies, connects cables and basic wires.
- Verifies that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
- Disassembles units to adjust or replace parts.
- Marks unit assemblies with identifying information and/or attaches identifying tags.
- Reports non-conforming items (e.g. parts, schematics, blue prints, etc.)
- Prepares finished units for shipping (e.g. packing, sealing, labeling, etc.)
- Cleans and maintains equipment and work area to ensure accurate functioning and safe working conditions.
- Accesses and applies various documents, with the use of computers, associated with the manufacture of products in assembly (e.g. Quality and Safety Documents, Operating Instructions, etc.)
- Performs other work as advised by Supervision.

Basic Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language
- Make coordinated movements of the hands and arms to grasp and move objects.
- Lift parts or sub-assemblies that weigh up to 75lbs, push/pull/slide heavy material.
- Stoop, bend, squat, crawl and climb
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed High School Diploma or GED

- The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
