•            Site Manageris responsible for achievement of project construction targets in time, withinbudget and to the right level of quality and with highest EHS standards

•            Conduct SystemTesting Supervision and management of the overall activities in the field.

•            Verificationthat electrical materials and protection requirements as per contract andstandard.

•            Plan workprior by ensuring the availability of all required items such as materials orlabors

•            Managingcommunications between all parties involved in the on-site development of theproject.

•            Monitoring thework closely to ensure that progress is going as per the plan.

•            Ensuringcompliance with project specifications.

•            Managing anydelays or problems encountered on-site during a construction project.

•            Keeping withinthe timescale and budget of a project.

•            Managingquality control, health, and safety.

•            Controllingsubcontractors and clarifying the scope of work as per contract.

•            Identifyingand implementing corrective actions in collaboration with project management.

•            Facilitateconstruction activities between site engineers, subcontractors, and storesSupervision and manage the overall activities in the field

•            Billing tocustomer, executing joint verification of measurement and Payment follow ups

•            Proper storageand segregation of construction material at site.

•            Reporting ofsite nonconformance on time.

•            Executingdaily EHS toolbox meeting and maintaining site safety at all times.

•            All SiteManagers/Supervisors have the responsibility to provide first-line supervisionand direction to promote responsible attitudes towards EHS. To this end, theymust read and understand relevant company EHS Policy, guidelines, procedures,statutory requirements.
