This is a role well suited for a highly motivated student looking to build theirskill set and gain hands-on experience. As an Electrical Engineering Co-op, youwill be responsible for:

• Developmentof low complexity PC Board assemblies and test fixtures.
• Developmentof test firmware/scripts for automated testing of assemblies.
• Developmentof engineering tools, databases, websites and hardware infrastructure needed tosupport the engineering environment.
• Integrationtesting of new hardware/software releases with thorough documentation of testresults and written report summary.
• Creation ofdefect reports in TFS defect tracking system and verification of fixes.
• Complaint andfield return analysis.

This position may suit you best if you’re familiar withthe following and would like to develop your skills

with Siemens Healthineers:

• Self-motivatedindividual with good oral and written English communication skills.
• Educationfocus in the following areas: signal processing, analog or digital circuitdesign.
• Workingknowledge and use of computer system hardware, operating systems, applicationsoftware, drivers and peripherals.
• Familiaritywith engineering tools and test equipment is considered a plus.
• Experiencewith FPGA hardware and programming in VHDL is a plus.
• Experience inMicrosoft Office products.
• U.S.permanent work authorization required (no Visa sponsorship for this position).
• Selectedcandidate is expected to work full time with flexibility to attend criticalcourses as needed.

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

• Preferred 3.0 GPA
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program (rising senior preferred) majoring in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
