We are looking for an Electrical Assembler. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.
Overview:
As an Electrical Assembler you will be responsible for assembling & wiring DC Electrical Vehicle Chargers and Dispensers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sub assembly wiring and final assembly wiring work to the highest level of accuracy and Workmanship
- Adhere to developed processes, methods and/or seek ways to improve
- Strong team player
- work with large power cables including correct method of crimping connectors
- Perform proper stripping and crimping techniques
- Assemble components on panels per given layout or drawings
- Must adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others
- Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years’ experience performing mechanical assembly (build) of product
- 1+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring
- Must have the ability to read and work with schematic drawings/layouts/wire lists with minimal to no supervision
- Experience working with standard hand and power tools both pneumatic and battery operated
- Must be a strong team player
- Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Possess some knowledge on electrical clearances
- Associates Degree or technical training in area of responsibility
- Proven record in Quality and Productivity

- The pay range for this position is $20.36 / hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
