eLearning specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining immersive, high quality, and engaging learning content & also, generate ideas to continuously improve knowledge sustenance based on the trending learning methods.

What part will you play?

• Creating storyboards by understanding the needs and closely working with the stakeholders 

• Developing the content in an engaging way by following Siemens GBS guidelines in the content creation platforms 

• Developing content in different formats like videos, simulation, demo modules, etc.

• Ensuring the SCORM & other IT related guidelines are met while creating the courses 

• Creating the learning content by adopting internal quality guidelines/process 

• Continuously scouting different digital content trends in the market

In general, we expect you to have:

• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change,

• Proficient English and Czech

• Excellent communication skills

• Mindset to focus on the future, not the past.

• Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with colleagues.
