The Education Manager plays a key role in the design, implementation and management of technology-based educational strategies, with the aim of improving the customer learning experience in digital environments. 

This professional will lead initiatives to integrate digital tools, educational platforms and cutting-edge technological resources into the organization's educational programs.

Main responsibilities

Development and plan strategy to achieve education sales and profitability. 

Development and Execution of Digital Strategies:
o Design and execute effective strategies for the integration of technology in educational programs.
o Identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning through digital solutions.
Management of Educational Platforms and Portfolio
o Supervise the selection, implementation and management of educational digital platforms.+
o Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and maintain online educational content.
Training and Professional Development:
o Design training programs for educational personnel in the effective use of educational technologies.
o Stay up to date on trends in digital education and share knowledge with the team.
Evaluation and Impact Analysis:
o Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact of digital technologies on learning.
o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as necessary.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
o Collaborate closely with academic, information technology, and administrative teams to align digital initiatives with educational and organizational objectives.
Resource management:
o Monitor the budget allocated for the implementation of digital solutions.
o Coordinate the acquisition and maintenance of educational hardware and software.
Ensure fluid and effective communication between BL, Sales, PM, &  CS team. 
o Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards as well as technical and operational guidelines of Siemens Healthineers using the local application framework. 
o Solution of complex problems within various departments and/or cross-functional areas.

Requisitos:

  • Títulouniversitario en Ingeniería, Tecnología de la Información o campo relacionado.Máster es una ventaja.
  • Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con la educación digital o tecnología educativa.
  • Habilidades en la gestión de proyectos educativos digitales.
  • Experiencia en roles d venta al cliente. 

  • Habilidades Técnicas:

Conocimientoprofundo de plataformas educativas digitales y software educativo.

Familiaridadcon las últimas tendencias en tecnología educativa y e-learning.

  • Habilidades Interpersonales:

Excelenteshabilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar efectivamente con equiposmultidisciplinarios.

Habilidadpara motivar y capacitar al personal en la adopción de tecnologías educativas.
