Your field of activity – challenging and future-oriented.
- You design and develop digital tools for risk assessment and management in M&A acquisitions from startups to established companies with digital product offerings
- You digitally analyze specific risks and opportunities in a company acquisition with a focus on software-based digital intellectual property assets
- You develop strategies and KPIs for a holistic risk assessment and management process of software assets under various aspects e.g. license compliance, programming, architecture, cybersecurity and agility with the aim of preparing well-founded go/no-go decisions
- Your day-to-day work consists of project work in a team and interaction with internal and external partners
Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate.
- You are studying in an engineering degree program, preferably computer science or business informatics
- You have in-depth knowledge and tooling experience in the field of software engineering and coding, data analysis and AI
- You have business knowledge in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions or specialize in the area of corporate transactions
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of M&A
- You are characterized by an independent and scientific way of working
- If you are already in contact with a possible supervisor for your PhD thesis, this would be welcome
