This opportunity is unique to active-duty US Military Service members with formal approval to participate in a Skill BridgeInternship as a Client Service Manager,in collaboration with Vets2PM’s authorized DoD Skill Bridge program.

What a Sales Executive?
Sales Executives are committed to supporting our Solutions and Service Agreements business within our Building Automation team. Our Sales team supports our Building Automation System Operations team who are focused on installing, activating and commissioning building automation system equipment in large commercial buildings such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities. Our Sales Executives are ambassadors of advanced Siemens technology, quality products and services, and your expertise and regular interaction with the customers will help them save energy and money, as well as create a more sustainable future for our environment.
As a SalesExecutive, you will:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor offerings, trends, customers, and decision influencers across the region, segments, and verticals within the region.
- Develop a vertical market and account management plan that focuses on strategic growth.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments and develop “go to market” strategies to drive business to the end user customer and the standard construction channel.
- Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities, achieve new order/booking and profit goals, and deliver on forecasted results consistently.
- Partner with other sales division teams to plan, target, and acquire new projects and accounts.
- Consult with the customer on future technology needs and to determine budgeting and investment requirements.
- Position Siemens as an industry leader among service providers, leveraging Siemens world-class digital service delivery as a key differentiator.
- Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization by understanding their challenges and recommending services to ensure their building systems perform as required to achieve business goals.
- Set pricing based on the identified value of the services offered to the customer.
You will make an impactwith these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
· U.S. Military experience as an E4 or above (Navy, Air Force,Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, National Guard, Reserves)
· High school diploma or state-recognized GED required;associateor bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States
PreferredQualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree majors: Engineering or Technical Sales
- Software, IoT, and networking experience
- Experience in the life sciences, healthcare, education, data center, and commercial office vertical markets
- Financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings effectively and independently.
- Account development and strategic sales skills
- Experience selling to end users/owners
- Demonstrable understanding of how to market, position, and sell cloud-based, data-driven service programs such as fault detection and diagnostics to existing and new customers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

- The pay range for this position is $47,950 – $82,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
- A no-cap commission structure that allows you to grow your accounts as much as you want…the sky’s the limit!
