The Foundational Services (FDS) teamwithin theSiemens Digital Industries CTOorganization is  a Research& Development organizationoffering a broad range of corecloud and edge services tosupport and accelerate the development of our Siemens Xcelerator digital and SaaS products.

The Director for CustomerExperience Director and Product-Led Growth role will be directlyaligned with one of the primary objectives  ofthe Foundational Servicesorganization,i.e. deliveringan integrated customer experience for our digital portfolio. This includes identifying elements of product-ledgrowth: design elements for user acquisition, conversion and retention that aredriven by the product. To be able to deliver on this responsibility, we are looking for a new member tothe Foundational Services leadershipteam focused on service design for our Siemens Xcelerator portfolio experience, with the intention of building a team movingforward.

Responsibilities:

Service design for FDS-owned customer experiences:

  • Core customer experiences in scope
  • Tenant provisioning and management
  • User onboarding
  • License management
  • Try to Buy
  • Establish feedback loop to identify requiredenhancements to core customer experience with Siemens Xcelerator, FoundationalServices
  • Customers
  • Pre-Sales,
  • Customer Success Management
  • Steer corresponding FDS roadmap
  • In collaboration with the FDS  andProduct Management team
  • Enhanceproduct roadmaps with elements of product led growth

Establish a new process and tooling for 'customer 360’consistent 'customer health’view, process, and tooling for Digital Industries product teams(medium term, now – 6 months)

  • In alignment with Sales, Marketing and ProductTeams establish new processes and tools which marriescombine boththe needs of customer success,  and product andR&D management (product-ledgrowth) when it comes to building a product-ledgrowth mindset strategyo
    • Customer health (adoption)
    • Most popular product families and capability
    • Costprofile vs. revenue profile for cohorts of customers and product families
  • Steer corresponding FDS roadmaps
    • Define new Foundational Services required to collectmore rich customer usage data to help define customer health, and paths toscaling

Promote product-led growth for our Siemens Xcelerator SaaSsolutions across Siemens Digital Industries

    • Define desired LAERLand, Adoption, Expand and Renewal experiencesin collaboration with DI NXTLVLSales and relevant BU and Regional Sales organizations
    • Thought leadership / evangelize cCustomersSuccessmanagement in Product & GTM teamsand externally for Siemens Xcelerator atSiemens Digital Industries
    • Alignsales strategy and product-led growthstrategiesy: bottom-up vs top down for SMB,Channel, Enterprise aligned with Free Trial vs Freemium vs Direct Sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, ora related field.
  • Proven experience in product-led growthstrategies within a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading customersuccess teams in a B2B environment with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Practicalexperience in Customer Success strategies such as NPS/ Voice of the Customer,playbooks, customer health management
  • Change Management expertise for largeenterprise SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability totranslate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership and communicationskills.
  • Customer centric mindset
  • Deepunderstanding of Siemens customers´ industries and needs and their challengesfaced during their digital transformation.
  • Businessfluent in English and German, additional languages are an asset.
  • Deepunderstanding of Industrial industries and customer needs and the challengesfaced by customers
  • Businessfluent in English and German

The salary range for this position is $171,900 to $309,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
