As a Direct Customer Engager in Cardiology IT, you will be a pivotal part of our global team, driving and supporting "Ready to Offer Opportunities" for the Cardiology IT domain. Guided functionally by the Cardiology IT Global Business Developer (GBD) and in alignment with the respective Global Business Manager (GBM), this role involves direct engagement with customers in the name of the zone/country to develop commercial business, ensuring value-based technical and clinical sales, especially in regions with limited resources and highly dynamic markets.


Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Drive bid opportunities for Cardiology IT, leveraging your understanding of enterprise imaging IT in healthcare industry
  • You will be provided functional leadership by the Cardiology IT Global Business Developers (GBD) and be in close coordination with the respective Global Business Manager (GBM)
  • Develop commercial business directly with customers on behalf of the zone/country, ensuring technical and clinical value-based sales
  • Organize and conduct customer discussions, workshops, demonstrations, including all necessary documentation leading to the final proposal in Shareville
  • Collaborate closely with various business areas and lines at Siemens Healthineers for positive business development

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master's degree in medicine, biomedical engineering, medical technology or a comparable field of study
  • You have several years of professional experience in healthcare facilities or industry
  • You have solid sales knowledge in the healthcare sector, particularly in cardiology or imaging IT
  • Experience in Cardiology or Imaging clinical workflows and/or clinical Cardiology knowledge is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Siemens Healthineers processes landscape is beneficial


Your attributes and skills:

  • Very good English proficiency, which enables you to communicate easily with different customers in an international environment; additional languages are beneficial
  • Inspirational and customer-centric ability to inspire others with innovative ideas
  • Your effective and empathetic way of communicating at the level of your counterpart characterizes your dealings with external customers, especially in a global context
  • Strong customer interaction and workshop definition and execution skills
  • Ability to lead customer presentations to a solution design and ultimately to a final offer
  • A high level of cultural sensitivity and openness towards other cultures is a matter of courtesy for you
  • High availability for international travel is mandatory (approximately 50% of the time)
