We are looking for Digital Twin Solution Expert. This position will be remote with travel and is available near any major airport in the continental United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Acting as the subject matter expert in support of sales and business development
- Engaging with customers to discuss the benefits of simulation, digital twins and virtual commissioning, validate assumptions, and clarify technical aspects
- Collaborating with customers to understand manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Using your knowledge of digital technology to solve client problems and create innovative technical solutions that help businesses to achieve their goals
- Developing and implement simulation models & digital twin solutions to optimize manufacturing environments
- Analyzing simulation results to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and other areas of improvement
- Providing expertise in the integration of digital twin solutions with existing manufacturing systems
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of digital twin technologies
- Leading implementation projects during the proof of value phase as well as the production deployment phase.
- Deliver demonstrations of developed simulation models, digital twins & more
- Demonstrating broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, and exerting influence outside of the immediate team to drive change
- Supporting the team at industry events
- Light travel across the US for customer visits, workshops, industry events & more
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, Engineering or Digital Transformation environment.
- 2+ years of experience with discrete event simulation tools such as Siemens’ Plant Simulation, FlexSim, Arena, AnyLogic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience
- Experience with Siemens’ Plant Simulation
- Experience in virtually commissioning production systems
- US citizenship as some work may be government related

- The pay range for this position is $79,730 - $136,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
