We are looking for Digital Innovation Manager

• You supportin the growth and implementation of a Digital solutions & Innovation agendafor Siemens Global Business Services (GBS), collaborating cross-functionallywith other strategists, innovators, product managers, and engineers to craftend-to-end business models that solve meaningful customer problems, takingresponsiblity for the conception of new innovative digital solutions,incorporating UX Design and Engineering counterparts in problem-solving
• Continuouslylearning, analyzing, and refining opportunities and taking ownership over thepath to a scalable new business
• Leveragingstate-of-the art innovation methodologies like Design Thinking, Value PropositionDesign and Business Model Canvas to consistently identify and incubateinnovative products
• Embrace the“fail fast, fail forward” approach to product innovation, product planning andgo-to-market
• Responsibleto drive and support projects from ideation to product innovation with anevidence-based validation and agile approach
• Responsibleto conduct customer discovery and support subsequent Minimum Viable Product(MVP) development, including face-to-face interviews to test problem andcustomer needs, to derive possible solutions, to test customer reactions to MVPand to validate customer demand (willingness to buy it)
• Required todemonstrate metric-based decision process for determining product iterations,pivots and resources, follow a hypothesis-driven development process in orderto quickly evaluate customer needs and product-market fit
• Fosterfeedback, communication, and product development culture according to companyvalues

You’d describe yourself as:

• 3+ years ofexperience in a fast-growing company with a history of bringing products fromconcept to market and proven success creating and driving customer focusedproducts in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstratedexperience in innovation or product management, preferably with a focus ondigital products
• Experiencein a (shared) service business is a plus
• Ability tosucceed in an entrepreneurial environment and employ entrepreneurial techniquesto exploring, validating, and developing new customer offerings and businessopportunities.
• Ability toidentify and experiment with new opportunities to expand company product marketfit and knowledge when to adjust when value, feasibility, viability, orusability is not viable
• Stronginitiative and proven ownership quality across functions and levels combinedwith ability to collaborate across groups and organizations
• Extremecomfort with ambiguity, demonstrating visionary ideas with storytelling forexecutive buy-in
• Bachelor’sin business, Innovation Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, orequivalent
• Demonstrablystrong written and verbal communication in German and English
