Job description
For SMEE in Shanghai,we are looking for Department Manager of Quality to shape the connectedMobility with us.
Whatare your responsibilities?
- Leading andmanaging the implementation of the QMS based on the IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 andISO 45001, etc.
- Leading andmanaging the department and interacting with the management team and otherinternal and external partners.
- Responsible forthe overall Quality of products and processes at the factory, supporting,enabling and controlling the quality performance of all factory functions aswell as onsite service. Coordinate the implementation of preventive quality andcontinuous improvement actions.
- OperativeSupplier Quality Management, based on requirements of PLM, Engineering andManufacturing, including e.g. Supplier Audit Management and MaterialQualifications. Take over the responsibility for applying quality managementmethods for internal manufacturing issues.
- EHSsystematically set-up and maintenance.
- Customersatisfaction analysis and improvement.
- Leading andmanaging the organization in the appropriate reactive Quality actions like8D-processes including RCA and sustainable improvement actions.
Whatdo you need to qualify for this job?
- Experience in the position of factory Quality Manager forat least 2-3 year with the same area of responsibility.
- Leadership skills in Quality Management or other comparableleadership tasks.
- Experience on quality management and improvement.
- Knowledge on organization process excellence.
- Knowledge of standards of quality management (ISO 9001,14001, 45001, etc.).
- Experienced with QM, SCM and SQM methods like FMEAs, APQP,audits, to be an auditor is an advantage.
- Enjoy challenging and teaching people regarding qualitytopics to bring up their awareness, skill level and effectiveness in ensuringhigh-quality expectations.
- Strong decision-making, customer focus, result orientation,in addition to excellent interpersonal and written skills
