Then come in and join our global team as Data Visualization & Business Intelligence Specialist (10 months Contract) within the People Insights & Analytics team to implement large-scale Business Intelligence and Reporting solution for the Human Resources function.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of QlikSense BI and reporting.
  • You will be responsible for the unit and integration testing, provide release management instructions through UAT and production environments.
  • You will ensure quality data creation, visualization, and data flow across systems.
  • You will develop clear administrator and user documentations.
  • You will closely collaborate with technical stakeholders such as Data Architects, Data Modelers, Enterprise and Platform Architects, and Project Managers.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You have a master’s degree/ bachelor’s degree/ diploma in a science-based program and/or quantitative discipline with an emphasis on Business Analytics.
  • You have several years of professional experience in working with the Qlik product stack (Qlik Cloud, QlikSense, QlikView, NPrinting).
  • You have significant experience in developing QlikSense applications; Certification in Qlik is considered a plus.
  • You have in depth experience in building self-serve BI reports and dashboards.
  • You have strong experience in consuming data models, developing SQL, addressing data quality issues, proposing BI solution architecture, and articulating best practices in end-user visualizations – several years of database development experience using star schema a must.
  • You have experience in developing functional and technical requirements.
  • You have experience with ETL tools assessing data quality and developing remediation plans with the ability to design and develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources.
  • You have knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.

  • You are inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and global environment where members of the team are geographically dispersed.
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English with team members from various national and cultural backgrounds.
