Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
As part of this transformation we are expanding our cloud computing capabilities. We are a young and innovative team working in an Agile setting looking for strong and motivated candidates that are eager to step up and be part of the shaping of the transportation of tomorrow.
· You work with statistics and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms in big data environment
· You are responsible for end-to-end data science projects
· You design experiments, test statistical hypotheses and build models
· You integrate and prepare large, varied datasets
· You produce test results and visualize them in a presentable, professional and actionable manner
· You collaborate closely with the customers and the team to realize their solutions
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
· You hold a PhD degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or similar fields
· You have strong communication and presentation skills in both writing and speaking (English and German)
· Strong knowledge of data analytics, statistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms are part of your profile
· You have strong programming knowledge in at least one language (Python, C++, Matlab, R), experience with Linux an advantage
· You have experience of handling large data sets and various data bases and various data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau)
· Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, etc) or distributed computing (Spark, blaze, ...) are an advantage
· Experience working in an agile environment is also an advantage
