Siemens Healthineers is looking for a talentedand motivated individual to serve as a DataEngineer within our CRM Excellence Data Governance & Management team.The right candidate will work with the industry’s latest CRM, ERP and databasetechnologies in support of a highly focused and entrepreneurial departmentleading change, driving growth and supporting key business services. Theindividual will particularly contribute to realize our strategy around hybridselling and will be a hands-on technical resource to a variety of globalproject initiatives. The candidateshould have a solid background in key technologies with a focus on datamanagement, data integration, system design and implementation. The idealcandidate will be inspired by technology and its use in an ever changing, fastpaced environment.

This position will strongly collaborate withthe existing IT Data Cloud teams and our IT Digital Customer ExperienceMarketing and Sales Master data team as well as various teams within the CRMExcellence function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and document datatransformation processes enriching raw data with business logics.
• Translating business requirements into datatransformation algorithms
• Building robust testing frameworks
• Design complexdata models for delivering data products to our business stakeholders.
• Maintain andmonitor data pipelines and identify optimization potentials.
• Help architectan agnostic semantic data layer which will drive key business initiatives.
• Perform data profiling to understand datadomains, validation rules, data dependencies and lineage.
• Design data solutions utilizing low-codeplatforms (KNIME) and code-based technologies (e.g. Python)
• Participate in code and design reviews.
• Implement business rules within Data Vault 2structures

Required Qualifications:

·      Well-versedin relational database design.

·      Exceptionalknowledge of Snowflake

·      Profoundknowledge of KNIME

·      Understandingof CRM data structures

·      Experiencewith processing and managing large data sets (multi TB scale).

·      Mandatoryexperience or knowledge of Data Vault 2, ideally certified.

·      BS/MSdegree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math or relatedfield.

·      Youare located in Poland

·      Youare open to occasional business travels

·      Yourbusiness-fluent English enables you to collaborate and communicate withcolleagues in an international environment

Desired Qualifications :

·      Proficiencyin AI technologies.

• Experience incorporating cloud technologies(Azure, AWS).
• Experience with dbt
• Experience with EDW practices such as slowlychanging dimensions and agnostic layers.
• Experience with Python or other scriptinglanguages.
• Experience with data viz platforms such asPowerBI and QlikSense.
• Experience in Big Data/NoSQL environments.
• Experience in designing and managing dataproducts
• Experience in advanced data protection concepts(Data Masking, Row Level Policies, Data Anonymization)
