We are a team of different cybersecurity specialists securing the infrastructure. You will extend the team for the provider management and will collaborate strongly with your peer and IT.


This is your role. You will:
  • manage IT service providers in a multi-provider setup in regard to cybersecurity measures.
  • monitor and call out the fulfillment of contractual obligations as well as for the IT services including SLAs and important metrics defined in the contract
  • maintain an adequate risk and vulnerability management for suppliers as well as the tracking of counter measures will be also the duty of the provider manager
  • take care of coordination, review and processing of offers with IT providers
  • regularly report the providers performance and derive and implement measures to improve provider performance
  • ensure fulfillment of security policies provided by legal- and security department

To successfully act in this role:
  • University degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or similar – ideally in connection with Legal Sciences
  • Long-term experience in the field of Cybersecurity – ideally validated by a certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM or CCSP
  • Profound knowledge and practical experience with Audit reports (e.g. SOC 2 Type II) and international standards (e.g. ISO27001, IEC62443 or NIST)
  • Strong analytical skills, affinity to work with legal documents and negotiation
  • Eagerness to continuously learn and develop yourself, to trustfully collaborate in a highly motivated international team and to work safely in virtual environments
  • Business-fluent English language skills in speaking and writing are obligatory
