What part will you play?

You are also responsible for security-related network planning, including the integration of business partners. Furthermore, you develop concepts and processes for the advancement of security infrastructure in cloud environments and their detection methods. Additionally, you share responsibility for the operation of solutions in the field of Information Security Management. You contribute to the development of methods for detecting hacking activities and evaluating generated alarms.
  • Your responsibilities also include managing connections with business partners
  • You assist in planning the logical network infrastructure in public and private cloud environments, taking into account customer and security requirements
  • As a Cybersecurity Professional, you contribute to the planning of security monitoring solutions for cloud environments in coordination with operational units
  • You develop security concepts for cloud solutions and support ensuring the secure operation of IT applications, cloud services, and IT infrastructures
  • Additionally, you develop use cases for detecting attacks and evaluate alarms from the security monitoring infrastructure, utilizing SIEM and log management solutions with diverse possibilities, including machine learning (ML)
  • Automating recurring tasks from security tools is also part of your duties, and you support proof of concepts in the security field
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a degree in computer science (B.Sc.) or possess several years of experience in the field of cloud environments and their security solutions
  • Additionally, you have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operating information security solutions (SIEM, NIDS, vulnerability scanners, firewalls)
  • You have a strong understanding of network technology fundamentals (TCP/IP, layer model, protocols, etc.)
  • You have gained experience in cloud operations and security monitoring in cloud environments
  • You are open to collaborating in global teams
  • Excellent proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, complements your profile
  • As part of security support, participation in on-call duties (7*24) is required on a part-time basis
