Job description

What are my responsibilities?

· Responsible for Call Handling (Communication with Customer, inform and follow up on customer call)
· Job Dispatching for Customer Service Engineers (CSE) and APP
· Cooperated with CSE, TSE and Logisticfor supporting customer
· Spare part process & stock movement belonging to Customer Service
· Coordinate with Sale, Application Manageror Regional HQ about training request
· Cooperated with ASEAN and HQ Service Support Center
· Prepare HQ and local report as requested

What do I need to qualify for the job?

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields
· Minimum 2 - 3 years of experiencein administration tasks or related
· Strong customer focus, team player and communication skills
· Good inEnglish, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
· Backgroundas SAP usage will bebenefit
