Then come and join our Vietnam team as Service Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting service business from an operational and strategic perspective deploying detailed know-how on service offerings, products, and application domain.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for key account management/support.
  • Prepare situation and portfolio analysis for key accounts.
  • Analyze financial situation of key account.
  • Develop individual service offerings/master agreements together with customer and in coordination with product sales rep and regional management.
  • You will be responsible to provide constant support.
2. You will be responsible for service sales after warranty.
  • Prepare and trace service offers in cooperation with regional management.
  • Prepare win/loss analysis of completed service offers.
  • Train and educate Business partners on service strategy and contract offering.
  • Collect and trace business partners opportunities.
3. You will be responsible for market research.
  • Observe competition and installed base of competition in region.
  • Observe changes in customer environment.
  • Observe changes and trends in regional market.
4. You will be responsible for service sales support at point of sales (POS)
  • Support product sales reps at POS, especially when individual solutions are required.
5. You will be responsible for reporting to Business Management.
  • Report findings of market research
  • Report target achievement incl. win/loss analysis
  • Provide forecasts on future risks and chances.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • You have a university degree with Major: Electronics and Telecommunication engineer.
  • You have over 6 years in the field of imaging for Canon's partners, experienced many different agency positions: Sales, Product vs Ultrasound Application.
Your attributes and skills:
  • You are good in English or other language in both spoken and written. 
  • You are good at providing service solution for the product.
  • You are good at presentation skills.
  • You are encouraging and good at building rapport with colleagues to achieve results together.
Note: Role is open for Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.
