Customer Service - Expert House Engineer

Required Qualification - Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

Experience :  3-4 years of Experience in VFD & DC Drives Services  

• Responsible for Field service & Commissioning calls of LV- AC &  DC Drives 

• On site repairing of AC & DC drive 

• Basic drive programing & troubleshooting VFD.  

• Service execution of AMC contract,( Preventive Maintenance of ,LV drives VFD )

• Telephonic / online support for customer service requests (VFD )

• Travelling on short notice and to serve customers ( Mostly in Mumbai , Jamnagar , Kokan ,Nashik & Vapi )

• Generate service sales lead ( AMC ,spare part , retrofit & digitalization )- during service call visit. 

• Ready to travel on short notice period for 70 to 80% in month to serve customers. 

• Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.

• Analyzes, inspects, and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer requirements.

• Knowledge about Fan, Pump, Crane applications ,In the field of Steel, Paper, Mining, Cement industries is required. 

• Basic Experience below Siemens Drive will be required .  

• Micro master drive: MM420, MM430, MM440

• SINAMICS: G110, G120, G130, G150. (CU230)

• SINAMICS: S110 ,S120 ,S150 (CU 320-2DP )

• SINAMICS:V20,V50&V90 

• DC Drive -6RA80 ,6RA70
