Job description

Focussed on delivering revenue from existing clients, the role will involve interaction with customers, closing renewal contracts as well as processing the relevant paperwork from quotation to product delivery. Working alongside the UK external sales team the candidate will be responsible for a pre-defined renewal revenue target as well as other duties such a licence migration and allocated account general administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

· Product sales and order processing
· Under direct supervision, generates software product quotes for product migrations, add- on products, and new software sales as directed by the Sales Team.
· Under direct supervision, follows all policies for generating product quote, preparing customer materials, and gaining approval for customer product quotes.
· Field Support
· Assists field sales by preparing product quotations and customer order packets for sales and pre-sales.
· Under direct supervision, assists field sales in resolving customer issues and expediting the quote to order process.
· Under the direction of the field sales team, works with the customer to process all order related paperwork and transactions.
· Following procedures generates reports to assist field sales with product configuration, maintenance costs, and customer presentations.
· Lead Management
· Under direct supervision, initiates outbound calls to qualified leads, gathers business and technical requirements, and aligns the appropriate software product as part of the sales effort.
· Under direct supervision, establishes contact with the customer and enlists pre-sales and sales while processing the selection of appropriate products suites.
· Maintains contact with the customer throughout the sales cycle.
· Customer Service
· Under direct supervision, proactively works to expedite customer order processing.
· Under direct supervision, responds to customer inquiries and resolves customer issues.
· Under direct supervision, maintains accurate customer, order status, and account information. Under direction supervision, provides follow-up after the sale to answer question, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· Solid experience of working in an customer service or sales responsibilities
· Working knowledge of SAP and SFDC preferable.
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office
· Self starter – ability to manage and prioritise own workload
· Excellent communication skills
· Diligent and executes work to ensure high level of accuracy
· Fluent in English but European language skills advantageous
