This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer AccountLifecycle Analyst,you will beresponsible for:

Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Customer AccountLifecycle Analyst manages a territory’s or group of customers’ asset recordsfor the lifecycle of the contract and/or T&M service events to ensuremaximum revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking professionals with project management and processimprovement skills to passionately own their client groups and strive foraccuracy and continuous improvement with how contracts and T&M events aremanaged – with both the internal processes and the clientrelationships. The successful candidate must also understand basic financeand accounting principles to understand the impact of how contracts areadministered. Digitalization is increasingly transforming the way ourcustomer contracts are administered, with robotic process automation (RPA)streamlining operations, interpreting applications for processing transactions,manipulating data, triggering responses, and communicating with other digitalsystems. While this position does not require the ability to program roboticprocesses, it requires an understanding of how RPA’s work to be able to analyzeand problem-solve system performance.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the order-to-invoicerelationship with external customers for asset, service contract and T&Mevents.
  • In conjunction with the RPAprocesses, identify gaps/inefficiencies in the RPA solution; apply structuredproblem-solving techniques to drive process solutions and improvements.
  • Monitor, track and report RPAperformance for continuous improvement.  
  • Analyze data and formulatefindings in PowerBI dashboards to drive process improvement.
  • Partner with Quality team toidentify adverse trends and systemic issues to ensure accurate root-causeanalysis.
  • Conduct and support problemresearch using CAPA processes and RCCA (Root Cause & Corrective Action)tools and methodologies
  • Lead improvement projects withinthe organization
  • Participate in roll-out, trainingand communication of process improvements and projects
  • Write detailed businessrequirements documents 
  • Execute Proof of Concept (PoCs)and Proof of Value (POVs)
  • Identify and apply innovativetechnical solutions to perform mass updates of contracts, service agreements,asset data, etc.
  • Build relationships with internalcustomers such as Sales Reps, Regional Service Managers; PerformanceControlling; Service and Sales Executives to effectively manage assignedterritory.  Interactions will be with both country and global colleagues.
  • Collaborate with Collections departmentas needed to facilitate payment from customers for disputed invoices
  • Develop solid understanding of ITlandscape and ability to comprehend/translate IT infrastructure.
  • Understand IFRS rules andresearch booking activity to determine appropriate action to resolvediscrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy of books andrecords.

Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience

  • We will consider all levels ofexperience for these positions
  • Experience with business processimprovement, digitalization, or similar functions.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills,with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and criticalthinking to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated understanding ofbasic accounting and finance principles.
  • Ability to work with businessanalytics tools, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions
  • Ability to evaluate and supportimplementation of new tools
  • Proven ability to manageprojects/tasks to ensure timely delivery with high quality results
  • Adaptable to change, and work wellwithin a team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office tools(Excel required; PowerApps preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ownership andaccountability 
  • Ability to work with all levelsof the organization, 
  • Strong change management capability·        
  • BS/BA in business or relatedfields preferred.
