Then come and join our Vietnam team as CT Application Specialist (Mammogram) to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction thereby ensuring the continuing profitable growth of our business and complete technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible to cooperate with customers to design training activities according to customer needs and may adapt training program.
- You are responsible to provide customer onsite training or remote training as assigned.
- You are responsible to make travel arrangements for training assignments.
- You are responsible to complete training reports.
- You are responsible to follow global/local strategy and prepares all customer-specific training materials for training assignment (onsite/virtual), education content (onsite/virtual like PEP, webinars…) and other projects.
- You are responsible for providing telephone or remote support to customers and internal personnel.
- You are responsible to undertake and become certified in the Siemens Application Specialist Education program.
- You are responsible to keep up to date with the latest equipment on the market, clinical trends, and procedures.
- You are responsible to support the sales team and product team by carrying out applications training as well as pre and post sales demonstrations of Siemens equipment. To support national and local exhibitions with workstation demonstrations and provide support during customer site visits.
- You are responsible to provide quality clinical images from customer sites and documented clinical background information, user feedback collection and assessment to be used in marketing and education materials.
- You are responsible to support New Product Introductions and System Testing Support, research in customer sites.
- You are responsible to provide any escalation feedback to respective parties.
- You are responsible to provide Internal Training and Development Support as needed.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have 3+ years of successful experience in related field.
- You have teaching experience(preferred).
- You are qualified Radiographers/ Radiologists with recent clinical experience.
- Hospital experience would be an added advantage.
Your attributes and skills:
- You are good at understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.
- You can communication basically
- You have the ability to travel extensively and at short notice, up to 70-75%
- You are highly effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- You have effective planning and organizational skills.
- You complete tasks on-time independently with minimal guidance.
