The role.
As the Performance Controlling analyst for the CRM business, you will be responsible for all financial & controlling matters; with focus on growth, productivity, and efficiency to drive profit and cash performance. This position leads sophisticated financial analyses on forecasts, budgets, cash flows, operating results, and business plans with minimal direction to enable accurate information for management to make business decisions. Provides financial support to key partners in the business to ensure timely access to financial data and adherence to business processes.
This role will be reporting into the Performance Controlling function. This role requires partnering with Project Controllers, Sales, Procurement, the Factory and Accounting, and can be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Running all Financial Processes for the segment, including planning, forecasting and reporting of all important metrics for the CRM business
- Partner with managers in the group you are supporting, to understand the financial impact of business decisions, customer data, and vertical market trends.
- Actively drive and involvement in all strategic topics (Inventory Investment, Profitability Analysis’, Growth Initiatives, HC investment, etc.) will ensure all financial aspects are considered at any business decision. Your responsibility will be the execution of all segments relevant activities including the country concept initiative (multiyear strategic growth plan) where you are responsible for controlling, tracking and reporting to ensure the growth plan is achieved.
- As Performance Controlling Analyst you will be responsible for the product analysis including product cost calculations, analyzing value drivers and cost structure, profitability calculations, order entry simulations, and setting of pricing levels. You will evaluate value flow costs enabling you to make comprehensive footprint decisions. If required, you will further be developing financial scenarios evaluating Status Quo and effectively communicating change options.
- The Month End Closing activities for the Segment will be a key responsibility ensuring our books and records are auditable and IFRG conform.
- Provide concise and accurate commentary for all financial statements.
- Work closely with the extended finance community and continuously enhance and improve reporting processes.
- Clear and continuous communications across the business to insure most up to date data.
- Ensure compliance with Levels of Authority approval guidelines for commercial aspects, e.g. risk management process.
Your profile.
- BS/BA or similar in business administration or finance
- 5+ years of successful experience, preferably in HQ, project or manufacturing environments
- Specialist in financial processes such as controlling, budgeting and forecasting, reporting and efficiency. Strong dedication to adherence of compliance requirements, procurement related topics and IFRS and SFRGs.
- Highly developed analytical skills and detail-orientation with the ability to collect, structure, consolidate and analyze large amounts of financial information and develop an overarching view, also in graphical format, that describes the key message for management.
- Minimal Travel required <10%
The pay range for this position is $71,300 - $122,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
