Job description
Position Overview: The CRM Business Analyst is responsible to understand the business needs and identify how technology can meet those needs through the planning, design, and implementation of efficient processes and tools.
Responsibilities: The main areas of attention will be the ability to understand the business problem we are solving for and the intended outcome for the end users and contribute and manage throughout the application engineering process.
The Business Analyst will need to:

· Assist in QA/testing during all phases of the project
· Assist in daily team meetings, sprint/working sessions, release planning and roadmaps
· Liaison between business users, internal systems teams, external vendors to initiate and manage projects, support production issues, manage releases and manage priorities
· Manage system issues appropriately and escalate when needed
· Proactively identify areas for improvement and introduce recommendations, factoring in customer needs and industry best practices
· Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts are adhered to and that project team is adhering to project plans or identify discrepancies
This position can be located in the following sites: Tarrytown, NY or Malvern, PA
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

5+ years of Business Analysis or IT Analysis
·
High energy level with a hands-on approach combined with the ability to provide leadership and structure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
·
Attention to detail, organized and desire for continuous improvement and innovation
·
Confident, self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction and within a team
·
Strong communication skills
·
Strong systems aptitude and proficiency
·
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
·
Excellent business communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
·
Agile Methodology for Project Management experience
·
Experience working with Oracle Sales Cloud, Tacton CPQ, Eloqua or a similar CRM cloud-based sales and marketing platform
·
Experience with IT platforms used for Requirements Management and Testing Facilitation
·
Experience with analysis of deal profitability and deal support processes
