We are currentlylooking for a highly qualified and experienced Cost and Value Engineering (CVE)Excellence Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsiblefor setting up and developing the training program of our Global Value Procurement(GVP) department. In particular, the focus is on the topic of cost and valueengineering. In addition, you will play a key role in the governance of GVP,innovation management, controlling coordination in cooperation with ourneighboring Functional Excellence department, and the management of the CVECenters. We see the latter as a place oftechnical analysis and interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize our productsin the best possible way.
Responsibilities
You will lead thedevelopment and implementation of comprehensive training programs in GlobalValue Procurement, especially on Cost and Value Engineering and other areas ofour department like Clean Supply Chain, Procurement Engineering, RegionalCommodity Management on demand. You ensure that employees have a deepunderstanding of regulatory requirements and best practices on the topicstrained. The target group here are both your direct colleagues within GVP andour interface partners, e.g. in purchasing, development and product management.
You will work withsubject matter experts to create advanced training materials, includingdelivering presentations, workshops and interactive learning modules tailoredto Innomotics' specific needs.
On the one hand, youare involved in the training as a trainer, and on the other hand, you alsocoordinate and supervise it. Furthermore, you will ensure that the trainingsare effectively planned, organized and executed. This is done both in personand through virtual platforms.
You will monitor andevaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collect feedback, and makestrategic adjustments to continuously improve learning outcomes.
You will beresponsible for developing governance issues for Global Value Procurement,developing guidelines and ensuring that suitable framework conditions andprocedures are in place to ensure that the requirements for our department aremet.
Work closely with therespective GVP group leaders and subject matter experts to monitor reportingand documentation, drive continuous improvement, and generate managementreports.
Take overallresponsibility for the management and maintenance of the CVE Center. Coordinatethe planned activities and actively shape the further development and successof the use.
They actively designand drive the department's innovation management and ensure that we keep ourfinger on the pulse.
Requirements
Master's degree in arelevant field, such as engineering, economics, or a related discipline is anadvantage
Extensive experiencein cost and value engineering, preferably in the mechanical industry. A strongfocus on CVE, strategic purchasing, early supplier engagement andsustainability in the supply chain are desirable.
Exceptionalorganizational and coordination skills with a focus on accuracy and a provenability to manage complex projects and achieve strategic goals. The passion forinnovation and continuous improvement is a plus.
Advanced knowledge ofcommon MS Office applications in the use of PCM software e.g. TcPCM, Tset orApriori, learning management systems and tools for virtual collaboration. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, both written and oral in German andEnglish, with the ability to involve and influence stakeholders at allhierarchy.
