Job description
Innomotics (A Siemens Business) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical Motor in medium, high & low voltage ranges, medium voltage variable frequency drives, Medium Voltage generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Our digitalization expertise and outstanding service keeps the performance and availability of the drives always at the maximum.

The role
Countries of Scope
- Responsible for the Finance and Treasury operational activities for the EA countries
Organizational Development
- Building up and leading the local EA FIN & TRE Team
- Supporting Innomotics’ Corporate Finance & Treasury Team regarding the implementation of a fit for purpose approach for the EA region in line with the global strategy for treasury, finance, insurances and benefits
- Structuring and managing the finance and treasury processes and activities for the EA region in accordance with the corporate guidelines and rules
Cash Management
- Establishing the global cash management strategy adopted to the requirements in the EA region, including rollout and monitoring of guidelines covering account administration, balance clearing, bank connectivity, allocation and recording of signatory rights, payment cycle (frequency and instruments)
- Executing of internal and external payments for the whole group for assigned region
- Short-term liquidity forecasting and clearing of bank accounts within scope of responsibility
- Managing bank relationships, bank accounts and bank fees for all banks in alignment with the Corporate Finance & Treasury Team
- Observing regulatory and legal changes with respect to cash management
Corporate Finance
- Facilitating and arranging local external financing and investing needs
- Coordinating regional liquidity planning
- Coordinating regional guarantee management
- Coordinating shareholder controlling activities in the region EA in alignment with the central team (e.g. dividend payments, capital increases)
Risk Management
- Managing FX, interest rate and financial counterparty risks in the EA region which include exposure determination, internal and external hedging and limit monitoring
- Using uniform basis for price calculations and budgeting
Pensions and Insurance
- Mandating and coordinating actuary and insurance broker services in the EA region
- Identifying risk exposures which require insurance cover
- Identifying de-risking opportunities regarding pensions / benefits
Your profile
- You have a university degree in Business Administration (or comparable knowledge)
- In addition, several years of working experience in Treasury ideally in a medium size, international company
- You have practical experience in Treasury Operations especially Treasury Management Systems, its interphases as well as a deep knowledge of IT infrastructure / solutions in Finance and Treasury
- You have practical experience in management and trading of hedging instruments in terms of foreign currency, interest rates and commodity risks including risk controlling
- You have practical experience in pensions incl. accounting, evaluation and capital Investment
- You have practical experience in digitalization and automatization of treasury, cash and liquidity
- management –processes as well as risk management
- You are familiar with working in international teams and projects
- You bring along flexibility and ability to work under pressure in a changing environment
- Dynamism, initiative and pro-activeness are some of your strengths
- You convince with high analytical competence, a high level of commitment, your focus on results, a confident manner, and your assertiveness
- Business fluent English skills round your profile
