Job Description:

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a key individual for the Enterprise Solutions team.The Enterprise Solutions (ES) business is known at the global entrepreneur within Siemens Healthineers.Our team focuses on organic and inorganic growth via partnership, new go to market models, M&A, and business incubation. Focus areas will include but not limited to IOT, Healthcare Analytics, Digitalization, Outsourcing and Value Based Care. This person will report to the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development (North and South America). This is an individual contributor role at the Director level. The preferred location for the position is Denver or Phoenix but willing to consider other locations.

What You'll Do

·  Explore, analyze, structure, and implement strategic plans that significantly impact top- and bottom-line growth
·  Develop business cases for corporate partnerships, including company and market analysis. Negotiate agreements with partners and partnership management.
·  Conduct due diligence and prepare evaluation materials on M&A and investment opportunities inIOT, Healthcare Analytics, Digitalization, Outsourcing and Value Based Care
·  Evaluate international growth opportunities in new geographic markets, coordinating across departments
·  Manage process for dynamic and healthy partnership and M&A pipeline
·  Create the partnership and M&A road map
·  Establish effective processes for investing in, partnering with and incubating early stage companies to realize new avenues of growth and innovation
·  Work with Gartner and other industry analyst firms.
·  Work closely with field organizations for constant customer feedback and deployment of partnerships and strategies.

What You'll Bring

·  7+ years of work experience relevant to the position requirements
·  Strong understanding of healthcare landscape and the dynamics of the in-vitro and in-vivo diagnostics industries is required
·  Consulting, Corporate Development, M&A or VC experience is a plus
·  Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills is required; need to be comfortable in excel, data analytics, powerpoint
·  High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, continually seeking ways to improve
·  Bring clarity to ambiguous situations
