As our new Controller within the Global Mobility Department, you will be reporting to the Team Lead of Global Mobility and become part of an exciting and vibrant team, as well as being granted the opportunity to work closely together with the Head of HR Services on various controlling tasks within HR.
What are my responsibilities?
· Tax settlement towards employees and recharging between the various business units
· Controlling Shadow Payroll processes for inbound and outbound mobile staff
· Bringing transparency on delegation costs to the business
· Changing and optimizing the model for reconciliation of all delegation costs
· Creating a control document to mitigate all steps related to a delegation, with the main aim of ensuring that all steps are handled timely and in accordance with legal regulations
· Creating a decision model on tax topics based on cost and compliance
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· In order to qualify for this job, you hold experience from the financial arena, preferably within the Business Controlling area. In addition to this, you understand the importance of your tasks from a business point of view
· You are an experienced user of SAP and have strong skills within Microsoft Excel
· You hold excellent analytical skills and as a person you are proactive and decisive
· Strong communication and cooperation skills will be needed, as you need to manage a lot of various stakeholders
· You possess excellent English and Danish skills, both orally and in writing
