As a Control SystemEngineer (f/m/d) for Battery Storage Solutions, every day is not the same inyour multicultural team. You will be responsible with your colleagues for thedevelopment of the best-fit-solutions in Energy Storage for our global customersand make a significant contribution to the energy transition. As a control systemsengineer (f/m/d), you will work in an international project team to developcustomer-specific solutions and R&D standards for control systems. You willfurther be responsible to lead and accompany the developments through the systemtests and, if necessary, also put the control system into operation.
Your new role – challenging andfuture-oriented:
- Technical clarification of the process engineering requirementsand interfaces of Battery, Inverter and auxiliary systems in new plants andservice projects
- Development of project-specific software solutions for closed andopen loop
- Creation of hardware specifications for the delivery of I&Ccomponents
- Timely provision of functional software and hardware solutionswhile adhering to quality, budget and customer requirements
- Support in the implementation of prototypes or R&D applications.
- Representation of the I&C department at customer meetings
- Support with assembly and commissioning on site.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:
- A Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Control and systems Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or automation engineering.
- Many years of professional experience in software engineering withSPPA-T3000, PCS7 or a comparable operating environment
- Many years of professional experience in engineering and/or in thecommissioning of control systems, preferably in the energy industry.
- Good knowledge of modern control system hardware and integration.
- Openness to new technologies and new ways of working
- Willingness to take on responsibility and jointly implementinnovative solutions in global, interdisciplinary teams.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus.
