Weare looking for our new Contract Administration trainee. In this position, youcan develop your skills in order processing, learn to ensure a brilliantcustomer experience, and be a part of the day-to-day operations of our globalmedical technology company. Whatkind of work tasks does the internship include?
Yourtasks include handling and tracking customer orders, invoicing orders andmaintenance work, as well as assisting with other tasks within the ContractAdministration team. Customer communication is handled via email and phone.Your task is to ensure that customer service runs smoothly throughout theentire process from order to delivery and customer payment. In addition tocustomers, the position involves keeping in close contact with SiemensHealthineers colleagues around the world.
Thejob requires some presence at the Espoo Perkkaa office, but part of the workcan also be done remotely.
Whatis expected from you?
- Wehope you are self-initiative, precise, and show motivation to learn and deliver.
- Youare a 1st to 3rd year student, for example at a university of applied sciences.
- Youhave good written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- Previouswork experience in similar tasks is not required; the most important thing ismotivation to learn and a desire to offer exceptional service to customers.
Wehope you can start part-time alongside your studies in the Spring. Theinternship continues from June to end of August as a full-time summer substitute.Extended contract is also possible, with the option to work a few days a weekalongside studies during the fall.
