For our Offshore Project Construction Site Resource (CSR) department, we are looking for a structured and strong Global Construction Resource Planner to act as primary contact for designated projects / sites.

You will be a part of the Site Staffing and Planning team, where you will be working close together with the Site Planners in Denmark and Head of Site Staffing to ensure optimal planning and utilization of the technicians on your designated project.

What are my responsibilities?
Your main responsibility will be to plan the internal & external technician positions and training requirements. You will be the single point of contact between your designated project and back office, where the coordination between various stakeholders. More specifically, your responsibilities will cover the following:

•Establish the training requirements (project and country) in the planning phase

• Establish the overall planning conditions, e.g. crew transfer dates, rotation pattern, quality check of manning requests.
• Ensure daily / short term planning tasks are executed timely and with high quality
•Monthly reporting to management with key updates on the project
•Ensure project ad-hoc tasks are quickly solved with high quality
•Stakeholder management – Aligning and coordinating planning tasks with other CSR departments

What do I need to qualify for this job?
This role requires someone to have several years of experience from a planning or project management function in a large multinational company, preferably within wind power, production, offshore, marine, construction or other industries. As an individual, you will thrive in a busy and changing environment and will be structured and pragmatic in your way of dealing with issues and challenges.

You are someone who is used to defining and improving business-related processes and will be comfortable taking the lead in complex tasks. You will have the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues at all levels in a large and multicultural organization and have strong MS office (Excel) capabilities.

In this position you must expect up to 10 - 15 travel days per year (outside UK).
