Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
• You will receive editorial training in Munich based on the company's Communications Graduate Program (a so-called German “Volontariat”)
• You will complete three six-week assignments in different communications teams: one of them abroad, one in the company's business operations, and one with a headquarters team
• You will participate in professional seminars on specific themes at Communications (CC)
• You will support the implementation of global communications projects in the regions
• You will have an active role in a global change-management project
• You will work on a global project for implementing a digital communications planning tool to increase transparency in the preparation of communications activities worldwide
• You will receive a regular Siemens AG employment contract: the Communications Graduate Program is not an internship
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
• You graduated from university with above-average grades (Master's desirable), preferably in the field of journalism, communications or media sciences
• You have accumulated at least six months of international experience
• You have work experience in editorial teams, love writing for online and social platforms and know what “swapping faces” means
• You are outgoing, global-minded and have solid project management skills
• You have excellent knowledge of English and German, and additional languages are certainly welcome
• You have good command of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
• You understand and are interested in technical and business relationships
• You have the ability to think critically and analytically, and like to work in a team
